Crystal therapy is a deeply soothing and restorative experience that works with the natural energy of the earth. Each crystal carries its own vibration — like a subtle language of light — that resonates with your body’s energy field to bring harmony and balance.

Where reiki channels universal energy, crystal healing draws upon the grounding frequencies of the earth itself. The crystals act as gentle messengers, helping to clear stagnant energy, soothe emotions, and bring your mind, body and spirit back into alignment.

During your session, you’ll simply lie back and relax while intuitively chosen crystals are placed around you or along your chakras. Their energy begins to work quietly — often felt as warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or waves of peace. Some clients experience emotional release, vivid colours or gentle insights that bring clarity to what’s unfolding in their lives.

Crystal therapy is especially supportive during times of change or uncertainty. It can help you reconnect to your centre when life feels scattered, and restore a sense of stability and inner strength.

What to expect

Before your treatment, you’ll complete a short consultation form to highlight any areas of focus. Sessions are available at either Brighton and Hove Therapies, mobile* (at your home) or remotely.

If you book your session at Brighton and Hove Therapies, please arrive on time (not early) as there in no waiting room available. I will be there to let you in.

If you book a mobile session (at your home), please ensure your space has room for my therapy couch (2.13m x 0.7m) and parking access.

Remote sessions are just as powerful — find a quiet, comfortable space, perhaps light a candle or play soft music, and allow yourself to receive.

Afterwards, you’ll receive feedback and any intuitive insights that arose during the session, helping you integrate the energy shifts and understand what has been released or realigned.
