Crystals are powerful natural tools formed deep within the earth, carrying their own energetic frequencies.

For thousands of years, they’ve been used to support healing, balance and well being - and in this session, they’ll be intuitively chosen to support you.

This is a deeply calming and energetically restorative treatment that works on your body, mind and spirit.

What to expect

Before your session, you’ll complete a short consultation form to share any relevant medical history and highlight areas you'd like to focus on.

The treatment is performed either remotely or in person at your home (mobile).

If remotely you may wish to sit or lie down in a peaceful space, perhaps with soft music, a blanket, or incense — whatever helps you feel grounded and at ease. Have a glass of water nearby to help integrate the energy afterwards.

Mobile crystal therapy can be done using my massage couch, provided your room has sufficient space (dimensions 2.13m x 0.7m) and there is parking as it is heavy. Feel free to use your own pillow and blanket. Alternatively I can do crystal therapy if you are sitting on a chair with space for the crystals to go underneath and around you.*

After the session you'll receive a follow up email (or if person I will talk you through the session).

As well as promoting a general feeling of wellness, crystal therapy may help with:
