What to expect

Your journey begins with a free 20 minute discovery call to discuss your needs and intentions.

Sessions can be held online or at Brighton and Hove Therapies.

You’ll be guided into a relaxed, meditative state — fully in control yet deeply calm. From there, I’ll use gentle suggestion and imagery to help rewire limiting thoughts and strengthen positive beliefs.

Afterwards, we’ll reflect together, and you’ll receive insights or practices to integrate the experience.
