Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet powerful way of accessing the subconscious mind – part of us where patterns, beliefs, and memories are stored.
In a deeply relaxed state, we can bypass the busy chatter of the conscious mind and connect with inner landscape where true transformation begins.
Hypnotherapy focuses on suggestion and habit change. I weave in a more holistic approach combining hypnotherapy with the power of crystals to amplify the energy of the session. I also invite in the guidance of your spirit guides, creating a sacred, protected space where healing and insight can flow with ease.
This work can help release anxiety, shift old patterns, ease insomnia and restore self confidence. It is also deeply supportive during times of transition – such as divorce, relocation, grief or career change – helping you let go of fear, reframe your story and step forward with clarity and courage.

What to expect
The first step is for you to book a free 20 minute discovery call so we can discuss your requirements, click on the link below to see availability. Sessions can be online or at Brighton and Hove Therapies.
For sessions held at Brighton and Hove Therapies, you will lie on the comfortable massage couch and be able to relax in the tranquil surroundings.
For online sessions, you may wish to create a peaceful space with light blanket, some cushions and a glass of water nearby for when the session comes to an end. To support your online experience, it’s best to wear headphones, ensure you won’t be disturbed, and keep your camera on during the session.
You’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation — some people feel peaceful and floaty, others may even drift into sleep. From there, I’ll lead you through a guided journey to gently rewire limiting beliefs and support the changes you want to make.
At the end of the session, I’ll guide you back into the room and we’ll take time to reflect on the experience and any insights that emerged.

How many sessions will I need?
This varies depending on the depth and nature of the issue you’re working through. While some clients notice significant shifts in just one session, others benefit from a series of sessions to support long-term change.
